The Journey
We believe that God has uniquely gifted His people and put a passion in them for ministry that glorifies Him and builds people.
The Journey is a simple process designed to connect you to the life and flow of Willowbrook Church and empower you to serve God with greater passion and purpose.
The Journey is your spiritual guide to maturity and fruitfulness. In the Journey there are four classes available to help equip you to fulfill your destiny in God: Connect, Discover, Grow and Serve.
Connect
- Connect is our membership class which serves as basic introduction to our church. We share vision, values and beliefs we embrace and give you a snapshot of what Willowbrook is all about. This is for everyone who desires to be involved in any area of service at Willowbrook.
Discover
- Discover is designed to help you learn what it means to be a fully devoted follower of Christ. This class will provide you with disciplines, which are central for living a spiritually-empowered life in Christ. Whether you are a new believer or veteran Christian these teachings secure a strong foundation and help you serve God with greater purpose and passion.
Grow
- Grow is the third step of The Journey that will help you connect with God’s plan for your life as you commit to serving Him and others. The emphasis in this level is to help provide long-term spiritual health as a believer. Grow is designed to train and equip every member of Willowbrook Church for Christian service.
Serve
- Serve will help you explore the gifts, passions and strengths that shape you for ministry. You will uncover your unique, God-inspired design for ministry and discover the place for you to serve. As believers we are called to invest our all in serving others. This step will challenge you to make a difference with your life as you impact others through ministry.
